- 1/3 cup salt
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/4 cup paprika
- ( I use smoked paprika,but you could use hot)
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Combine all ingredients well and store in an airtight container, I use an old pickle jar.
